Challenge:
An early-stage pilot of an SMS-based hypertension monitoring program at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health has been successful. Additional escalation pathways now needed to be tested and validated, the learnings of which at each stage would be used to help the team continue iterating and improving to further scale the program.
